In July, 2006 we invited our membership to

"join us at the Grand Rapids Symphony's Picnic Pops for a relaxing evening on the slopes of Cannonsburg.  Your senses will be dazzles by the fresh open air, sounds of classical music and a breathtaking fireworks display."

We gathered early for dinner, conversation and wine.  Followed by crackers, cheese and more wine.  We relaxed and enjoyed the music.  During intermission we brought out desserts...delicious!  The evening ended with fabulous fireworks.
